If you receive your order damaged or with the wrong products, contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can make it right.
Thankfully we are equipped with a state of the art order verification system as well as shipping station cameras that ensure accurate fulfillment. So things should go smoothly!
If something went wrong, we will make it right and the return shipping will be on us.
If the outside box that you receive from the courier is damaged, take a picture of the box before opening it and keep the box. It will be used for the claim with the courier company, if needed. The items inside may be fine but if they are damaged, take pictures and send them with your ticket.
Most items will be eligible for return if they are undamaged and still in their original packaging. See below for exceptions. Any sign of wear, use or alteration in any way after delivery will disqualify your item for return and refund. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returns of quantities over 50 are not permitted, and those sales are considered final.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item. Shipping is non refundable. If any promo codes were applied to the order or if the item was purchased on sale, you will be refunded the amount that you paid after any applied discounts. Replacements are subject to availability.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the request must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Consumables and personal items
Consumable and personal items include toothbrushes, toothpastes, flosses, oral health instruments, liquids, pastes and other similar items.
Due to the nature of consumables and personal items they are non refundable and we encourage our patrons to review carefully the description of the item before ordering.
Electronics can be returned if in the unopened, undamaged original packaging minus a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping fees are not refunded.
Digital goods are non refundable.
The product reviews are subject to personal taste and opinion and are not a reason for an incorrect order.
How to make a return
All returns will be handled through our ticket system. Initiate your support ticket and keep an eye on your email (and spam folder) for the reply of our customer support team member.
Make sure to:
- Explain the reason for the return;
- If damaged, provide a picture of the outside of the courier box as well as of the damaged products.
Note that any request for a refund or replacement may be subject to review by our Customer Service team: completing the submission process is not a guarantee that it will be approved.
